Ordering & Booking

  • The process begins with an inquiry through our online contact form, where you can share details about your menu preferences, service needs, and desired pick-up/drop-off date(s). We’ll respond within 24 hours with a customized quote based on current grocery prices and labor costs and confirm our availability for pick-up/drop-off. Your order is confirmed once the contract is signed and the balance is paid in full.

  • We require a minimum of five (5) days in advance for all confirmed orders (contract signed and balance paid in full). This policy affords us time to source local ingredients and thoughtfully prepare time-intensive meals for all confirmed bookings.

  • Yes — $250 is the minimum order requirement.

  • All orders must be paid in full via ACH, credit card, or Venmo. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

If the order is cancelled 6+ days prior to the scheduled drop-off/pick-up, the client will receive a 50% refund or 100% credit (no expiration date).

Orders cancelled 5 or fewer days prior to the scheduled drop-off/pick-up will not receive a refund.

Southern Siren retains the right to offer credit at our discretion.

  • Final order quantities are due at booking. Increases may be accommodated based on availability. Reductions within 5 days will not be refunded.
